I bought this for the use of me three boys who have been delighted with it.
Had no problem downloading updates and new info but the interface isn't simple enough for my children (all under 9 years to use)
In use it works well but do check that theres enough of the games you own listed as there aren't that many other links available.

Do not buy this. This is a piece of junk pretty much.

I'm actually the son of the person who bought this, and even as a gift this is absolute garbage. Thankful She went through the trouble yes ^.^ But not quite happy with the product. Angered with the product!

Here's what My experience is with this from turning it on.

1. Open the package, A flimsy silver box in which the logo punches out for some reason, easily big enough to fit 3 DVD cases. It actually holds two instruction manuals, one in Spanish, and a CD-Rom in a sleeve.
2. Putting it in. This is not a CD-Rom. Not a DVD, which the Playstation 2 is primarily meant to handle, but a CD, the thing that in conjunction with movies, played to much will screw up your PS2. A low Quality One No less, it sounds like my Playstation is falling apart trying to play it.
3. The codelist is crap, there's games on here with no codes for them at all installed.
4. Using this is interesting. I rarely get the desired result, often codes used will have completely negative effects, which I was not warned about. But in fairness to that area, they only claim it will warn you if it screws up the game, not screws with it.

Also when I got this, the website was down for over a week, and entering codes is lengthy, and tiresome. The codes for each game are incredibly pathetic. Especially with RPGs. Customer Service is a Mess to deal with, worse so then DirecTVs.

If there is a piece of dust on this disk, it will not play, you need to wipe it down thoroughly before inserting it. It's "USB Compatibility" Is explained in the manual, and on use I wouldn't recommend it. The DVD Region X feature, only works on select DVDs, or maybe it's just not compatible with Japanese DVDs, you're better off Buying a DivX DVD player for that. (They sell those cheap now)

Just do not buy this. It was bad enough I will never buy another Datel product again. As far as being Generic goes, I don't know if this is, but it takes the cake on what you would expect from a Generic product. Even the codes section of their website is a bit hidden away, and Generally doesn't contain anything but what's already on the disc/catridge depending on what system you get it for. Just spend your money on a Codebreaker, or Gameshark even, but not this.

A big question for many people new to prepare for the webinar on how to write a script that came with video and visual effects. There are several approaches on how to write dialogue for your presentation.

One stream of thought feel that you have all the scripts, then memorize and pass as written. Many others feel that it is best to know your material well and rely on prompt phrase from the image presentation card or manual. There are, of course, manycombination of the two approaches can be used.

The problem is, for many people, by memorizing the script is that it can come across as very flat and not attractive when served. No one wants to hear someone speak in a monotonous tone of the script for thirty minutes! You are not a professional actor so there is no real need to memorize your lines. You do, however, must have a good idea of what you say and make sure that you fit with the visualwebinar.

Know your material! This is a key point for successful performance. If you feel comfortable with the materials you are presenting then you do not need a script to follow. If you use images such as PowerPoint, you can use your eyes in your photo as a card user. Do not put too many eyes on a picture; 3:57 is usually adequate. Because you know your material you should be able to talk for a few minutes of each bullet point. If you usegraphics that do not include the eyes, hand written or typed in using the card can work well. Decide how long you want your presentation to be and how long you can talk to each prompt. Then you will know how many pictures with a spy, or sign the card, that you need to set the audio portion of your webinar.

It is important that your webinar logical sequence and that the time allocated for each segment is sufficient for the materials you want to cover. Youwill need to practice! That's the only way you can fully believe that offering period will run you have given to it. Complete webinar train a few times until you are confident that you can close the information you want in the time specified.

As we have discussed, there are several different ways to approach writing the script for your webinar.

You can fully script and memorize every word. It does not work well for many people ascan appear as unattractive and drab. For many people the best way to go about performing their scripts is to use a spy on the card image or signal. Each card is a bullet point or signal a prompt to remind you what to say at the moment. If you know your material well you should be able to talk for a few minutes of each prompt. Practice your webinar. Go on top of that you need to feel comfortable with your presentation.

Splinter Cell takes you into the world of Sam Fisher, a top-secret specialist agent who goes where no one dares, unseen and unheard. High-tech espionage doesn't get more realistic or deadly!

!1: Best Buy This, my friends, is a piece of history right here. Officially known as "Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell," first released in 2002 for all sixth-generation consoles. It proudly boasts a little saying on the front cover: "Stealth Action Redefined." And yes, when it was first released, it totally did redefine stealth action. Let me explain below.

Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell was the first game to introduce stealth gameplay based on light and shadow. Now, thanks to this game, you didn't have to only use cover and obstacles to get past enemies. You could now hide anywhere there were dark shadows. This vastly improves the fun aspect and makes the game more realistic. To add on to that, you can also turn off light switches and shoot out lights to create additional shadows to hide in! You aren't limited to just sneaking from one dark patch to another.

Now, on to the actual gameplay. As every person on this planet knows, this is a stealth game in every sense of the word. You have limited ammo (at most 60 rounds) for both your pistol and rifle, and you can die with just a couple of shots. Even though your weapons are silenced, enemies can still hear the dying gasps of their comrades and immediately start shooting at you. And if they find an actual dead body, they run and sound an alarm. In some cases, that's automatically game over.

So, what's the solution? You have to move quitely, mainly through crouching, to dark shadows and use non-lethal means to take enemies out. In the first few levels, this means getting up close to them from behind and hitting them with your elbow or dropping down on their head from a higher vantage point. Later, when you acquire your rifle for the first time, you can use the secondary launcher to fire gadgets from there, mainly Sticky Shockers and Airfoil Rounds. After an enemy is knocked out, in the game world, he doesn't get back up, unless another enemy finds and awakens him, so just hide the body in the shadows if you don't want to waste the bullets and actually kill him.

The one thing that is terribly annoying in this game is the alarm system. If you don't hide a body in a dark place and you leave an area, an alarm automatically sounds. Three alarms and the mission's over. That is so retarded. Why did they do that if you've already eliminated all the enemies in an area? It doesn't make sense.

Now, you have to play this game on the Xbox to fully appreciate it. Any lesser system just doesn't cut it. The graphics are so incredible it's hard to believe. You begin to forget that it's just a game. Again, don't play this on the PS2 or Gamecube, (if you somehow still have them) or you'll be incredibly disappointed.

The story introduces us to the now iconic Sam Fisher, who has been enlisted by a secret sub-group of the National Security Administration known as Third Echelon. Fisher accepts and after a brief training session is sent on his first mission. Over the course of the game, he discovers that the new president of Georgia, Kombeyn Nickoladze, has been secretly invading Azierbaijan to acquire their rich oil reserves. He used advanced algorithms known as the "Masse Kernals" developed by Philipe Masse to hide evidence of the invasion. When the US and their allies intervene in the situation, Nickoladze goes into hiding and activates the rest of the Masse Kernals to cripple the US electronic infrastructure, causing death and massive chaos. Fisher investigates further and discovers Nickoladze has partnered with a rogue Chinese general, Kong Feirong, who has been giving Nickoladze nuclear waste in exchange for training and munitions. After destroying that alliance, Fisher learns that a nuclear suitcase bomb called "The Ark" has been smuggled into America and Nickoladze knows the location. Before he can give the location to the new president of Georgia, Varlam Christave, he's assassinated by Fisher in the Presidential Palace. The US military then finds the "Ark" hidden a short distance from Washington D.C. and safely destroys it.

This game is definitely one not to be missed. It totally redefined stealth action and gives you relative freedom to accomplish the missions and take down enemies however you like. It spawned a great legacy that continues even to this day. Buy it for the Xbox only, (if you still somehow have your original with you) and get ready to experience true greatness. on Sale!

!1: Best Buy Ok, I got this for Wing Commander and Road Rash. Road Rash is ok, not great but ok. Like stated before, the music loops endlessly. Gameplay is ok. But, it all gets boring quick. I guess it has more to do with the fact that the gameplay, plot, graphics are really from yesteryear and we've all gotten a bit spoiled with today's systems.

Now, for the main game I wanted, the best space sim of all time, in my opinion: Wing Commander!!! Man, was I excited when I found out I could relive the old days when I'd spend hours playing this game on my Sega CD (understood, it's nothing like PC but hey...). The graphics are practically the same, BUT you can't reverse the vertical controls, meaning it only comes standard where you press down to go up. I never play flight sims like this so it took me a while to get used to it. Next concern is there's no documentation on how to communicate. So, I'd run the first mission and simply die trying to land!

Luckily, I read that this was an SNES port so I checked the controls and it states you have to use button combos to communicate, in this case Triangle + R. Triangle + "select" lets you choose among the list, "select" selects the option you want. Cumbersome, but at least you get to complete missions! If I hadn't known about this, I'd give this whole thing a rating of 2 instead of an average of 3.5 (with WC alone getting a 4), in my opinion. Obviously, I'm a huge fan of this game.

Now, for the rest of the games, they're all ok and perfectly playable. Well worth the price IF there's a game on there which you're a huge fan of. If you're only getting this for the sole reason that there are a lot of games, it's not as worth it because these games can't compete with what's there today. Hell, compare Road Rash here to MotoGP and you'll see what I mean. But, if you were a fan of Road Rash, you'd probably be playing this more than you will MotoGP. That's just how it is. on Sale!

I bought this game and just as said in all the other bad reviews it did not work properly. I couldn't put in any of the codes off my pc. You could use the cheats that were already programmed in to it, but soon found it messed up the game. There was not a phone # to call, not in this country anyway.I spent hours trying to figure out this and it was useless. It was very frustrating and would advise against buying.

Chalk this one up to the many, many products some of us have fallen for over the years only to get them home and realize, "wow, I've been had...I got burnt...shame on me."

My son asked this from Santa and he was thrilled to have received it. It is relatively easy to use and it gave him several 'cheats' for his Pokemon Diamond. After installing the software, we got several other cheats to download onto his DS. Although he was 'done' playing with Pokemon Diamond a couple months ago, he is once again playing it again because now he has all these cheats. My son loves it.
